Here are some of the basic questions often asked about my services:

01. What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, the full session fee will be charged.

02. Are your services covered by extended health benefit plans?

Many extended health benefit plans/insurance policies have coverage for the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Please check your health benefits plan to see if you have coverage. If your plan covers you for counselling services, you will pay for the cost of the session in full, and then submit your receipt to your extended health care provider for reimbursement.

03. What are your accepted payment options?

Payments can be made via e-transfer. Future acceptance of payment via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) is pending.
